Disappointed

Very disappointed. Why? Cause they didn't do the right thing!!
Is been more the THREE MONTHS that my laptop have problem and I already sent to the people in charge to deal with it. And what the person say that : " We will send to the company to repair it, seen they do have the warranty." So I do trust them and do with it.
Later few weeks later, I asked again about the laptop, and what they say is the company of the laptop is still dealing with it and after when is done, the person in charge of my laptop will collect back my laptop from the company itself.
Later the holiday was started, one of the people called back and ask about my laptop, whether did I received my laptop? then of course I say no. then that people say, he or she will update me about my laptop. Actually the problem of my laptop is, the brightness can't adjust it. Although when I click the keyboard and the setting.
Today I asked again, they say cannot yet?!?! I saw my laptop over there, and I asked one of the IT to do it, and he say that the display have problem that need to send to the company to do it.
NEED TO SEND?!?!? I thought they already send to the company!!
I tell the whole progressing about my laptop, and he or she say that, that is the another people in charge~ later on this person went to the people that in charge my laptop and discussing, I don't know what they talking about.. so I just wait and see..
Later the person told me that he or she will send to the company by him or herself....
Thank God, I knew this person, if not... I don't know where is my laptop going to be....
